Seeing as how we, for some reason, lack a Mass Effect 2 board, this can go here for now.

On my first playthrough,Thane died from choosing Jacob as my Biotic Escort,and Grunt died because I chose him as the 2nd team leader.But other than that,I had no trouble.

On my first playthrough, I got almost all the loyalties, I upgraded the ship, slept with Miranda, and got all my weapons and armor upgraded as well. Everybody except Jack made it, including my self. I know Jack died because the loyal members never die in the final sequence, and Jack was the only non-loyal member. I personally loved the ending cut scene. But then when you go to start over again, you have to watch the 8 minute long intro...that was so annoying.

Full loyalties except for thane - my controller battery died during the mission, so while I was finding my cable I lost the dude I was trailiing - but I didn't care.
Only crew to die was Legion as I sent him throw the piping on the Collector ship & he snuffed it trying to close a door or something. Everyone else survived. I chose Garrus as my second team leader - Samara as my Biotic shield & ran with Jack and Grunt/Tali/Samara the rest of the way. Sent Jacob back with the surviors too - he annoyed me. I was kinda hoping they'd die =(

Everyone made it through (though I lost some of the crew by getting Tali's loyalty before going through the Omega 4 Relay.
Tali was the Tec, Garrus lead the first team, Miranda and Samara were in my team. Jack for Biotic, Jacob for the second team and Grunt and Legion with me, Mordin sent to the Normandy and the last part I ran with Miranda and Jack.
Top tier final mission for a top tier game.
Edit : Actually scratch that, went to continue playing and found my fish are dead ;__;
