I've explored all of this area and its a maze of teleporting panels all over this area and I've found this one gate that's telling me to basically show "140 SFRAGS" .What are "SFRAGS"?? Please help

Well if any one needs help on the game just ask me i played through it and right now i have all standard chips and dark chips need two mega chips which are anubis and double point also need only two giga chips and beat up bass also only three more program advances.
