To make 100000 zennys just do the request that ask you to loan the company money and give them 10000 and the navi pays you 10 times the money back

In the mission "Support Chips Please" she tells you to give her five chips. I found four of them but I just cant seem to find ATK+30* chip. Someone please tell me where I can find this.
