Amazing series, but im confused............

Ok so we all know the Metal Gear Solid series is the best gamimg series ever and always will be, Zelda a close 2nd.

But can you fill me in on a few things which im not clear about. I've clocked all 3 games but I'm a bit confused about the story so........


At the end of Metal Gear Solid 3, it says that the Big Boss has had 2 sons. So these are Liquid and Solid snake from 1 and 2 right? Was EVA the mother or was the Boss the mother as I dont remember the Boss having sex with Snake (Jack)

Also whats with Liquid living in Ocelots arm in MGS 2? And the story that he cant die because of his genes?

And any other important information that may of been misunderstood. Could someone help me with this because I know there are some MGS fanatics here who could set me straight and it's an incredible movie like series and I just want to be clear on it.

The boss isn't snakes or liquids mother,or solidus's, neither is EVA their mother, they are all clones of big boss. Secondly, in MGS 1, Ocelot gets his arm cut off by ninja, and in MGS2, Ocelot gets liquids arm to replace his missing one.

no i have proff this is Snakes Dad your playing as the rest were his dad son....I will try to get some screenshots and you will see differents from this one and the others one

For gods sake!!! I know that you play as big boss in mgs3, but in every other 3d mgs, you play as snake, a CLONE of big boss, god, follow the story! ps, I go on xbox san andreas forums.

liquid looks different because he got all of big bosses recessivc genes or something like that, but they look quite similar.

ive played some of the first one on gamecube to.

I have completed every mgs game ever, exept for acid, acid2. even the old 2d ones. i was talking to know it all up there.

i know who big boss is.but who the he** is solidous? what game is he in?

solidus is in metal gear solid 2, he is the 3rd clone of bigboss, you find out about him at the end of metal gear solid 1.
