In all the time I've had this game I've never seen samus shinespark any direction but right, left, digonally up and right, diagonally up and left, or straight up, after many tries, I can't get her to shinespark down or down and to either side, are you sure about that last post?

Yea about 90% of the tries were falling, I guess I'm just not skilled in the ways of Metroid. Thanx for trying to help, I don't think I can do it. I guess I'll have to let my nephew borrow it or something and see if he's got the skills that I lack.

Hey sniper you recognized the reference... I'm impressed, not a lot of people wouldn't make the connection... Part of the reason I used it is cus i memorized the entire poem. And as for chrono I seemed to have lost my fusion cartrid, never did get that last pb pack :-( oh well, on to bigger and better games.

Jeez, you need to get out more =D. We did a poetry unit in 6th grade, and one of the poems was The Raven. I had to memerize part of Rode the 300. It's about the civil war I think. I can't remember much now.
