Beam ideas

If you could add a beam or weapon type, what would you add? i say a beam that turns enemies into for a short period of time.

A beam that can shoot a grapple node to get to unrechable areas with the grapple beam would be cool.

Not so much a beam, but I'd like them to add a mortar feature to the missiles(i.e. hits something, explodes, then spews out further mini-bombs).

I'd like a double grapple beam, similar to the double clawshot in Twilight Princess. Then Samus could be like spiderman too.

That makes sense, considering the grapple beam comes out of the arm cannon in the Smash Bros. games.

Samus should get a flamethrower, though not one that is drained as quickly as the Prime one. It could blast out a huge jet of fire that becomes smaller over time, eventually just becoming a smoulder. Stop, wait a mo and repeat.

A Poison Bea, would be sick, it would be able to poison enemies and rapidly drain their HP, its upgrade could cause disease instead of poison, causing it do affect nearby enemies through contamination, you could also make pools of poison ont he ground as a trap for oncoming enemies!!

Or a purple beam would come out, attach itself to the enemy and drain its HP, then give it to you.

how about a beam that drains an enemies energy then inserts that energy into another enemy doing massive damage.

A beam thats works like a chain gun, imagine the fun you'd have hitting a squad of Pirates with that.

Or a beam that shoots an orb that after a set period of time explodes and fires charged power beam shots every direction(360).

I like the Plasma Beam. When you combine it with the X-Ray Vision you could ame at the target and pin-point their most vulnarable spot and kill them easyly.

thats basically the nove beam certian enimies if your on the x ray visor part on them turn orange and if you shoot them there they die instantly

well, a grenade launcher would be pretty awesome...but not a seperate beam, like a beam combo (what happened to those, anyway?), for a normal beam, i'd have to say some sort of sniper would be wickidly cool, kind of like Traces, but instead of total invisibility, maybe a short period of it, or advanced defense? either way, FREAKING AWESOME!!!

i just thought of one a grapple beam with a grenade on the end and when it hit an enemy i would blow up

so like a grenade launcher? what use would be a grapple beam AND grenade combo? maybe...klike if there is an obstacle blocking the grapple point...ok, that works. but i would have to say it should be either a combo, or upgrade of the grapple.
