I'm in a room where I place a bomb in the little morph ball hole. The room starts to fill up with water. When its filled there are four ice steping stones two metal leges and two rock ledges that I have to jump up. Then I'm at the top of a metal tower.One door leads to a save point and the other has no power to it. Every time I get up there before the beeping ends the door still has now power. So how do I open the door?

You need the Thermal Visor along with the Wave Beam to power that door...
For now, head through the door at the top on the side of the room - between that powerless door and the Save Station...
