sway brs are the bars which connect the wheels to the chassy
and you know when you turn the car leans slightly that is the sway bar "swaying"

i dont know what he meens but i think mine is right basically it makes the handling better as it dosent sway so much

Sway Bars DO keep the car body from leaning when going around a courner, there was some on the '77 Camaro i used to own.But now i own a '70 Dodge Dart Swinger.

sway bars help handling and as the others said keep u from rolling over on a drift

sway bars help keep the wheels on the ground, while turning shraply. To improve this you can lower your car as well.
