my cousin messed with the time zones and it wouldn't let me into the game so i deleted thinking that i could download it and i can't. is there any way to fix this?!

been seeing this is the problem for some folks...wondering if it's associated with your game center name... if you can change that maybe it will work? i don't even know how to do that
