What's your best drift score and with what car.

That's what I was asking earlier....
I would think a a slightly stiffer suspension than default, but IDK right now.

for my style i found it better when default, exp ride height. but here is some info for tuning suspension.

Generally:

Soft rear: better control
Hard rear: more likely to start drifting

Less pressure to the front tires would extremely highten the control .... in reality... in this game I could not notice this very important thing

Yeah, but that's one of those once you know how suspension works it's self-explanatory...
And I am not going to go through why that is the case again!

Well about the tyres bit...
Drifters say to start with it may be easier to have soft compounds at the front and harder ones at the rear to help with drifting on the entrance due to the front having more grip for obvious reasons.
This effect can also be created on a smaller level with the tyre pressures because if the tyre was low pressured we obviously know it gives more grip and of course vice versa.

I would explain why for the tyres physics, but really it's not that important.

also to let you guys know, top speed < acceleration in this case. mainly since well the best way to describe is....

turn = high speed + Nos + handbrake + dont forget to steer and to use countersteer!!!

once this is done you basicly slingshot your car around corners. this is why i am a fan of muscle cars for this.

Note: as Kenny mention before about having a shorter wheel base; this may vaery on the type of track you are racing. eg: more turns use shorter wheel base. if it has nice long turns then use longer wheel base cars

also for tuning wise:

suspension
caster = +10
steering = -10

this helps give the car good handling ability

Well it is a very general rule...Bear that in mind.
In addition the reason being for having acceleration over top speed...well quite frankly having a shorter gear means there is going to be more thrust from the wheels and therefore the car can be described as "perky" and drifting is said to be easier. It typically is as well because this means traction loss happens more easily.

I just know a really good line for that track and that's how I got my high score.

Yeah, I like tracks with a lot of turns, helps in the end.

Especially if they are sweeping ones.
