i was just cruisin on the highway on career mode for about 5 mins, then i wanted to challenge somebody. but then all of the challenge cars are gone instantly! i even went on free ride and nothing happened.. i cant find anymore of challenge cars. plz help me

You have probably ruined the data on your disk. It may have scratches, check it out on a disk cleaner.
