Ah, Nintendo...finally killing the creators program was a really, REALLY smart decision on your part...but you still have another possible hurdle and it's name is Article 13. How will Nintendo deal with Article 13, which will make all platforms in the EU responsible for anything copyrighted that users post? I already assume Nintendo has deals with Google, Youtube, Twitter and Facebook since those platforms can be posted to directly from the Nintendo Switch, but what about websites like Deviantart where users can post fanart? Or the Steam Workshop where users have posted Nintendo content that is often ripped straight from the games on sites like ModelsResource, so we can use the characters in 3D animation software like Valve's Source Filmmaker? Article 13 will spell trouble and make it double.
