Your SP? Lol just go to the Mysterious Jungle. Get some Clear Grass from the back end of it where you can access the Cave of Darkness. they hold a LOT in that area. and then just go get some Honey as well. once you have a lot of Honey / Clear Grass, go get the ingredients for the SP Drink. It restores a LOT of SP in one drink. Use those, and HP Drinks to easily win fights. :D which is what made it easy.
