What are all the basic pokemon that do not appear in Alpha Sapphire?

Sup guys?
So like the title says which are the basic Pokemons (example Pichu) that do not appear in Alpha Sapphire and if other stages of it (example Pikachu) appear in the game do not add them.
I am doing this for a friend so I really don't want any nonsense comments here. THANKS!
