Battle Subway Trophy Code?

Can someone please make a code that gets you the Battle Subway trophies along with having beat the Super Single/Double/Multi Trains? I used a code to beat the battle subway to get a black trainer card, thinking I'd get the trophies, which I didn't. So if someone could please make this code?

Or at least a code that undoes this code (the one I used to get a black trainer card for having beat the subway trains which I really didn't):
