When you get in the game before steping in the grass PRESS SELECT then the legendary will pop up.




IF YOU DONT NOW WHERE THE SELECT IS GO CHECK CONTROL CONFING ON YOUR EMULATOR.



IT WORKS JUST FINE ON DESMUME(9.11 x64) EMULATOR
