Ok I went to where giovanni should be in rocket tower when i use the card key to open the door he talks to me but he is not there???? Its just freezes, any ideas? I did use the mew cheat a few times to meet pokemon but now i cant find giovanni what should i do?

The Mew Glitch probably glitched your game. You'll have to start over.
