Walk Through Walls Glitch (TABLET ONLY)

I recently went into the final Gym Leader's Gym and decided instead of going through all of those slow automatic moving devices I would just walk through the wall and right up to the gym leader.
> Accidentally land on one of the propellers
> Keep spinning out of Gym boundaries
> Get Stuck Out side of Walls
> Forced to reset from last save point.

So this is my problem: My last save point was inside of a pokecenter, with the walk through walls cheat activated I cannot leave a building. So I turn it off and it lets me walk through the Exit of the pokecenter but then I am stuck in the doorway outside, unable to move. The Game is not frozen because I can see the surf still moving. I deleted the Code and I am still able to walk through walls in the pokecenter.

[b]Anuybody can help? Anybody ever experienced this with any cheat (It also happened with rare candies at the Mart but that worked itself out)
ITT> Cannot turn off walk through walls cheat and I really want to beat this gym leader! Help?!
