I did it now. It can't work because even Max Repel isn't strong enough to repel the pokemon.

In pokemon Ruby and Sapphire, people said that you could travel to the moon and catch a pokemon called Jirachi and it was on almost every cheating site there was. But, nobody could get to the moon. Also, nobody ever said that it actually happened to them.
