I'd say Spiritomb, but Salamence is much easier to obtain.

I'd go with Salamence. It's easier to obtain, and (in my opinion) it can have better moves.

salamence is the stronger of the two options, but if it is stats that you are mainly after, look at each of their stats in the pokedex section of SC
