Try a fire type. Swampert's only weakness is grass, so, yeah.

Yes mirage tower is in the desert. You get one of the pokemon fossils there.

N_D: Yeah, Camerupt is awesome. I like houndoom too though.

That's the moveset for Mewtwo....wait, I forgot to put in /recover.
I'll do that.

EDIT: In smogon, the moves I said were incorporated within the many moveset choices given in the moveset. The moveset I gave was the standard one.

You have to use an e-reader in altering cave (sold seperately from the game), or trafde from this game(emerald).

in ruby i noticed that if you surf left of pacifidolg youcan follow the currents to get to a secret dive spot. if you go in all it has is braile.

Oh, use dig at the far end wall. Put Wailord at the beggining of your party, and Relicanth at the end. enter the door made by dig.
Read the braille and then the doors to the REGI's (regiice, regirock and registeel), will be opened. Go to the desert for rock, route from Dewford to Petalburg city to Dewford for ice, and route from fortree to lilycove for steel.
