How do I get Surf on Pikachu?

I heard you make it hold HM 03 and put it in the PC, and then it will soon learn it. But I'm not sure because my friend told me this and he's usually wrong so does anyone know how? Thanks.

You can't make a Pokemon hold an HM -_-

If you have pokemon box ruby/sapphire for gamecube and store 1499 or something like that you get an egg with surfing pikachu(I got this info from Supercheats).

What if you mate with a pokemon with surf will that work as a egg move?

Naw, you can only pass on moves that the Poke can do. I tried with my AR Salamences.

I think not, and I had heard of a Surfing Pichu. It's just too bad you can't trade from a 1st Generation poke game to a advance version of pokemon. I tried that if you make Pikachu in every round of Pokemon Stadium 1, and he never dies in Prime Cup rounds 1,2,3, and 4, he can learn Surf. I have tried, I have Red Version, and it's sweet!!! It's on Supercheats, Gamewinners, or CheatCodes. Just saying.

pokemon box. if you have that and you store 1499 pokemon in the boxes (unlikely) you get an egg with a pichu in. the pichu knows surf. just evolve it. sadly though, if you did that, you'd need another memory card to have a new pokemon box game for more pokemon...

where can i find lapras?

It's a Shadow Pokemon.

If you don't know what that is moogley-woogley, you get it on Coloseum or Gale of darkness and are you sure it's a shadow? I have Coloseum and Gale of darkness and I don't remember a Lapras.
