Of course. It makes sense. You can't say a Pokemon is good if it can't beat anything. ND had a point on the Blastoise vs. Charizard thing though. Char is better overall, though Blast beats him. I don't just compare through win vs. loss, though it seems like that.

Like KA said, depends on form and moveset.
Attack: could probably beat Mewtwo.
Defense: with Mirror Coat, it may be able to defeat Mewtwo.
Speed: Mewtwo could probably defeat it.
I've said this many times before: Mewtwo is my 2nd fav Legendary, Deoxys is 1st.

Groudon has the ability drought the the move solarbeam which is uber effective to Kyogre. but kyogre can use hydro pump or ice beam and groudon will die. but Groudon will wim.

Kyogre, easily, Surf to knock him out, Groudon doesnt have any super effective attack moves, where as kyogre can sweep with surf/calm mind/rest

Honestly, it all depends on who is the slowest. Whoever is slowest has their ability active. If Groudon was slower than the Kyogre, there would be a drought, and Groudon could Solarbeam Kyogre. If Kyogre was slower than the Groudon, Kyogre could Surf or Hydro Pump or Water Spout, whatever your Kyogre's Water attack is, at Groudon. Or, either or, Kyogre could Ice Beam Groudon. Overall, I have to side with Kyogre in this debate.
