I completed the Elder's test answering all questions correctly (Friend/Ally, Strategy/Training, Anyone, Love/Knowledge and Both) but he still isn't giving me a Dratini, whether it knows ExtremeSpeed or not. Why is that?

Try to beat the Elite 4 then go back to the Elder.

You don't have to beat the Elite4.
you're just supposed to like. walk out of the Dragon's Den. Get the TM from Clair. Go back to him, and THEN he has it.

It knows extremespeed duh, actually its because any ordinary Dratini can't learn extremespeed.

If you have Dragon Dance, then the use of Extremespeed drops way down. I don't see what's so special about it either.

Honestly the Extreme Speed Coupled with Dragon Dance makes it a killer Pokemon.

You can't be serious. The only use for Extremespeed & Dragon Dance in place of something like Body Slam would be if the opponent uses Extremespeed and they're naturally faster. And even then, it's not worth it.

Also try going with 5 pokemon.It wont work with a fully party.
I dont even know why its so hyped.At that point in the game extremespeed aint that good.

what makes the extreme speed dratini is that it is much faster than a normal dratini, even when it evolves into dragonite, which is normally very slow...

i see did clair come and givie yo u the bage and then when u ;leave to go out of dragon's den she igves u the tm dragon puls after that u need to go back to the room u did the test if u got it right then he will give u dratini but u must have a open spot in ur party
