cheating is for losers. just get the right Pokemon to make the Pokemon you need sleep, paralyzed, etc., or just trade from other games, which is really the easiest to get the Sapphire/ruby Pokemon

There aren't, without trading, but they still evolve from a Moon Stone.

First of all... Yep, there are skitties in Leafgreen
and second, to Coolchick- Ooh, you're good. never would have thought of a comeback like that
(and I am not trying to be mean or anything, nor sarcastic) And by cheating is for losers, i meant using something like and action replay or gameshark or even a glitch in the game.

You don't capture wild Skitty in LeafGreen, as whiplash said. However they are obtainable in the game by trading from Pok�mon Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald.
