well you need to e mail Rich when he's giving out mod applications (he'll say on the general chat forums) and if he thinks you're good enough he'll let you become a mod

when he feels too many mods have left or are not gooding a good job....then the next apllications will happen ; cross stinger will probably ALWAYS be a Fire Red MOD (bacuse it is so popular)....and basically everything is up for grabs and even old MODS like me and dark12 have to reapply
