Trade your Eevee to Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald, and tame it there. During AM hours, it'll evolve into Umbreon. During PM hours, it'll evolve into Espeon.

It may be the other way around, but I'm pretty sure it's the way I mentioned.

Did you beat the Elite Four in Emerald and have the Ruby and Sapphire in the Network Machine in LeafGreen?

And yes, Colosseum was only for Gamecube.

Oh ok well I finished the Elite 4 six times in LG and ya i got ruby and sapphire to celio

so now i have to beat the elite 4 in emerald??
