does anybody know why when you get a MEW it has attitude and it will not obey any orders you give it??

Did you obtain it through an action replay or gameshark? That's the most likely reason that mew does not obey you.

Yes i used a AR because i don't know how to get the origenal MEW.

In Pokémon Emerald (and only Emerald), use your AR to get an Old Sea Map and go to Faraway Island. You can capture an obeying Mew and trade it to LeafGreen that way.

You don't. You need an AR or some sort of cheating device.

All of the official events to get it have passed, so you have to use an Action Replay or Gameshark, no questions asked.
