I will tell you how to get raquaza in pokemon emerald . Then cheat for master ball. Then go to sky pillar and then go to the top and you see raquaza sleeping . He woke up when you get closer to him then he flew away . Go to Sootor polise city. you will see raquaza stoping groudon figting with kyore. Then go back to the top then you will battle him>

i already knew how to do it that way but i dont know how to use the cheat tabs

just use the pokemon codes and capture any pokemon you want even the starter pokemons

This code only works on fire red not leaf green

1 GET A CODE FOR "ALL POKEMON LEVEL 5"
2 GO TO PALET TOWN WITH FISHING ROD (ANY ROD WILL DO)
3 GET A CHEAT FOR EITHER SQUIRTLE CHARMANDER OR BULBASAUR (OR ALL THREE)
4 ACTIVATE CHEAT AND GO FISHING
NOTE:ALL STARTER POKEMON ARE CAPTURED WITH A POKEBALL SO EQUIPT YOUR SELLF WITH LOTS OF EM
