HOW THE HELL DID Mr, Knowall GET FLYGON TO LV. 903????!!!! OMFG!!! WTF MAN??? sorry! didn't mean to cuss...
Groudon's R-rate: - 10. - 10 + Friend Bow = 0% + lv. 90+ pokemon = ... 24.5!!!! how did i figure it? calc. = - 10% is Groudon's r-rate, then add on 10% cuz friend bow raises r-rate by 10%, THEN, i add on the r-rate of a lv. 90+ or lv.100 pokemon which is 24.5... and ta da = 24.5% is groudon's official Recruitment rate! if u kill him with a lv. 100 pokemon WITH Friend Bow HELD, you SHOULD get him in 2 tries or 1!!! if not, you SHOULD've saved at da kenghaskan statue!
