No, you don't. You have to battle them in order, though: Entei, Raikou, then Suicune.

Yeah before you battle Ho-oh at least, then you get a free choice after you beat Ho-oh.

I worked to actually recruit all but 6 of them. And I got Exeggcute, Exeggcutor, Chansey, Blissey, Kecleon, and Feebas from visiting Jirachi.
I now have all 386 Pok�mon on level 100.

i only have zapdos latios and latias but ive beaten ho-oh, mew, kyogre and all of them from in the story-line

how can i unlock buried relic dungeon where the regis are and mew? its been forever.... and they are the only four i need plus lucario
btw... dayne13255 its possible that mummification has all that...and u dont have to play 24/7 just need to know what ur doing or have the game for a long time...

Complete Stormy Sea to unlock the Buried Relic.
Lucario is NOT in this game, despite what rumors you may here. The only thing relating to him is the rank, the statue, and the story Alakazam tells.

no you CAN'T get lucario on your team but you can get a statue of him

You have to talk to some of the Pok�mon in the Square after defeating Kyogre. Then Buried Relic will open.
