Palkia-Boss at end of Deep Spacial rift
Phione-Return to the End of the Miracle Sea to recruit it(No fight).
Manaphy- Automatically joins your team after beating Darkrai(Requries a few missions)
Cresselia-Talk to it after defeating Darkrai.
Regice-Aegis Cave Regice Chamber(Requires I, C, and E Unown Stones)
Regirock-Aegis Cave Regirock Chamber(Requries R, O, C, and K Unown Stones)
Registeel-Aegis Cave Registeel Chamber(Requires S, T, E, E, and L Unown Stones)
Regigigigas-Aegis Cave Regigigas Chamber.
Also, the ones that require the Secret Slab/Mystery Part all require the Marine Resort to be unlocked, which happens after doing a few missions after recruiting Manaphy

Dark Crater(After beating Palkia)
Aegis Cave(Do a few missions after sending Manaphy away and visit The Guild)
Miracle Sea(Feed Manaphy two Blue Gummis and take him for a walk)
Surrounded Sea(Rescue Scizor, and talk to Corphish at the Crossroads, then Sunflora)
Final Maze(Visit Marowak Dojo)
Mystifying Forest(First part after beating Dialga)
Concealed Ruins(Beat Regigigas)
Spacial Rift(After a series of Events, Palkia takes you here)
Crevice Cave(Beat Blizzard Island)
Mt. Travail(Do a few missions after Aegis Cave)

Continue to do missions and talk to people (duck down to the guild's second level every now and then) until you beat Darkrai. Then Manaphy comes back.

when do i get to face darkrai and where???

Just do random mission when you are stuck and check the guide everyday. You will know when it comes.

Okay the Ditto thing makes no sense to me that does not tell me what dungeon I should go to. So tell me!!!!

The word "ditto" means the same from above. It's not referring to a Pokemon.

I understood it didn't mean the Pokemon Ditto. Just it didn't tell exactly which dungeon it copied is all. Sorry I just like to be specific

In order to recruit Palkia, you need to beat Darkrai.

i did beat darkrai at the dark crater and palkia hit him into a dimensional hole also when do i see darkrai again. the pokemon and caves u listed which 1s need the ss/mp?

with the darkrai location thats posted where exactly is the place u can recruite him and how is in any of those places if palkia hit him into a dimensional hole

First off with the pokemon shown there on the floors you can get them like any other pokemon except too my knowledge they will appear only once on each floor that they are set too, per visit. As for Darkrai it's obvious there is more than one Darkrai.

^Incorrect. Darkrai although has many locations to be found (as said in the end of the story "wandering somewhere in the world"), you can only obtain one of them.
