Look in your pal pad.
If you don't have one, go to the wi-fi connection center located downstairs at any pokemon center. To get your code, you must connect to wi-fi at least once. Now, have your friend look in yer pal pad. It should be under "[insert your name here]'s code."

sorry to break it to you Darkria453 but without a wifi connection you are unable to get one. and aquaticgirl4 no problem.
