Last night I was almost finished with the Torn/Distortion (I had this game a long time ago on an M3 with most of it translated before it was official outside of Japan) World and I came across the Team Galactic Leader. I don't know his name, apparently the translator didn't find that important. 
I fought him.. and got whooped worse than ever before. I pretty much got 1-shotted by everything. Any tips on places to level up real fast? (I don't want to use hacks 
)
Edit: I tried hacks, no luck. Like I said, I use an M3. None of the cheats worked (I tried the infinite Rare Candies thing).

You're the first person I've met who has lost against Cyrus but anywho Spear Pillar would be the best place according to wear you're at at the game.
