There always a nw generation. Well, by new forms I mean, Shaymin and Giratina will both have new forms and have been confirmed, check out Serebii.net. Also Regigigas may have a new form but it hasn't been confirmed as of yet.

The way I see it is, they won't add new pokemon becuase it's only a third installment for the trio,they probably won't go nthrough all of that for just one pokemon,or they will have to creat alotta new pokemon!
