Well, Serebii reports that a GoNintendo member has contacted Nintendo about a Platinum pre-order bonus and it has been confirmed that it will be a Giratina figure (see pic on Serebii). I looks awsome imo, but it didn't say what stores were gonna be doin' it so I dunno. I hope Wal-Mart or some common retail store has them even. Still sucks for me since the place I pre-order from always gets the game on the exact day it comes out and I dunno about other places. Bulbapedia also mentioned it; which brings me to my other scoop....
Accordin' to Pokemon-France.com (a reliable source accordin' to Filb.de) the European release date for Platinum is May 22nd, 2009. And possibly may be released shortly after the DSi. But Nintendo of Europe has made no official announcement, and while it's probably true (as are most rumors like this these days) don't go all crazy over it and get your hopes up...eh go ahead it's probably true anyway.

That's a pretty cool looking figure. I hope Gamestop does it, Wal-Mart isn't as reliable with the bounus prizes as they used to be.

Yeah, I'd like it if I could find room to put it next to all my other stuff lol. I wonder if the place I pre-order from will get 'em, I doubt it but I can hope. I hope Europe gets it that soon cause usually it takes longer than that.

Maybe because they have so many languages like French and German and stuff. I don't know if they do it all in one language or what but if they do it in multiple languages then I could see why.
