I need directions on how to get to Regice.

Get Magmortar from the left cave in Boyle Volcano (you need to airlift twice, then go to the place where you can airlift back out, Magmortar will be there). Go to Almia Castle and go to Mismagius' room, burn the statue and Regice will appear.
