I was playing Pokemon red version and i found the moon stone when i opened my Pokemon screen to use it it didn't only say able for my Clefairy but for Pikachu Pidgey and Bulbasaur as well. It would be nice to know whats up with that because i didn't think it could evolve them too. It would be nice if someone would please tell me what the heck is going on

Hmm. I've never heard of that happening. If you want to see what happens if you use it just save right before you try. If something goes wrong you can just reset.

What did you do before using the moonstone? Also can you provide an image of the Pokemon screen?

It happened to me before, but I used it on Clefairy like a good little Pokemon Trainer. Pikachu, Pidgey, and Bulbasaur cannot evolve by Moon Stone so maybe if you use it on Pikachu or one of the others, there is a possibility that it will either turn into a glitch Pokemon like MissingNo or it would just lock the game up.
