I play Emerald too. I've never owned neither Ruby or Sapphire. In fact I've only ever played Ruby once, apart from looking at my friend's teams on both games.

just because a move can be used by an other pokemon dose not mean that it is not a signiture moive lucarios is aura sphere because it is a aura pokemon but palkia, dialga, giratina, mew and mewtwo can use it and mew can learn every move in the game
