How do you make action replay codes to begin with? That confused me!!

No it gives them one extra EV point like Macho Brace, but will not lower your speed to do so.

1 extra? yeah thats if you get ONE ev after the battle man, macho brace doubles, so does pkrus, thats why you get FOUR rather than THREE evs after you win the battle (which explains why you get a FULL stat wen u level up? blahz?)

And deoxys10465 the codes are that long because they have to fit in the ram of the game, they need to be identical so the pokemon don't come out as bad eggs, or destroy your game
