ok to get to next lvl just pick up every item one the floor then go to every center.btw in the ruins youll need flash and strength.reading the wall writings is usless it only talks about "the king"wich is arceus.it is belived that arceus is on the top floor but im only on the 2nd to last floor.all i know is there is a kings rock.sorry for giving so much info but i hope it help.

Ok to read the walls you have to read it backwards. You will also need stregnth and flash to get to some of the new floors. If you have the 3 legendary bird pokemon in your team: zapdos moltres and articuno in your team and you reach the last floor before the warter pushes you out then LUGIA will appear! Hope i helped you out

Oh and i forgot!! Do NOT PICK UP ANY ITEMS IF YOU WANT TO GET LUGIA!!!! IT WASTES TIME!! AND YOU HAVE TO GET THERE BEFORE THE WAVE PUSHES YOU OUT. I've already done it. I've gotten to the end and lugia dose not come out, also I had the trio birds.

I do not think u need strength and flash because i got those did not work.
