The best starter for pokemon white?

Ok, so I reeeaaallly need to know what is the best starter for pokemon white. I will tell you my current pokemon(right now im at victory road).

My pokemon are:
A Samurott lvl 42. Moves learnt: Waterfall, Water pulse, Surf and Razor shell.

A Exadrill lvl 40. Moves learnt: Slash, Rock slide, Horn drill and Earthquake.

A Mienfoo lvl 41. Moves learnt: Brick break, Drain punch, Strength and Jump kick.

A Scrafty lvl 44. Moves learnt: Payback, Chip away, Hi jump kick and crunch

A Liepard lvl 37. Moves learnt: Assurance, Shadow claw, Cut and Payback

A Swanna lvl 42. Moves learnt: Aerial rface, Bubblebeam, Fly and Surf.

If you tell me any moves that will work with my pokemon or if i should change my party, i will be real happy!

Ok it was really hard for me and considering the pokemon after the game are level 60+ you need some serious training try and get each pokemon up 10 to 20 levels but make sure you give but what i done is trade a lvl 80 onto my game so i could give my pokemon exp shares and train them in the elite 4 and N and ghetsis but if you are that desperate i can trade a magikarp with a rare candy :/ then we could trade back and maybe register in pal pad but i dont have wi fi so i cant
