Help me With this Chaos Realm *glitch city, chaos city, Wierd but cool messed up zone*

Hey I have heard that when u preform the long tedious task of entering the Chaos realm, u can actually find a 9th Gym. Rumor Has it that the Gym Leader is Missingno. and that he uses Chrona Mew aka Mewthree. i also hear a useful Mist Badge is awarded. Please tell me is there a method to the freakin maddness of the Chaos Realm? I really want to fight that leader and get that badge.

This cheat works in Pokemon Blue, Red and Yellow, the only thing you need is HM 03 and HM 02 and Pokemon which you can teach this technics.
Go to the Safari Zone and when your in the safari zone go back to the entrance.
Say no on the Question "Leaving Early" and you'll go back to the safari zone. go back to the entrance and say no again.
Save the game and turn off, turn on again and go back to the entrance, walk to the dude you paid and say no, get out of the building. fly to Cinnabar Island and go surf right coast (the same coast is used with the Missingknow cheat).
Keep on surfing up and down stay on the vertical coast till there will appear: "PA: Ding Dong" you'll get back to the entrance from the Safari zone; "Did you get a good haul, Come again!" leave the building.
And then you are in Chaos Town (I call it this way, you'll know why when you're there).
It is said that here is a ninth gym... the price is the Mist Badge, wich make you're Pokemon incredibly strong. I still didn't find but keep on searching.
The Gym leader is towards my sources Missingknow Himself, and he has got just one pokemon called Mewthree wich is the Spirit of a Mew captured in the steel armor made by Giovanni for Mewtwo, you can see the armor in the first movie of Pokemon.
WARNING: Don't save in Chaos Town, you'll can get stuck and then you'll need to start over new: when you get stuck you can fly away...
When someone finds the 9th gym please post here.

I do have sum news. When ur get to the point where ur able to surf forever it seems... u'll come across(on top side) a gate looking thing. Dont touch it. Its completely hamless to my knowledge but it does freeze ur game and make extremely odd noises and pictures. It scared me bad enough the first time that i didn't go into Chaos Realm for a long time.

I have more news. so far with surfing I've found tentacools which r usually low leves. But Fishing with the best form of rod... I've found random numbered levels of staru tentacool and tentacruel. I've seen levels 5 through 40 so far maybe even a 60 once. their safe to catch as far as i know. They havent screwed with my game at all.

I knew that cheat,I just knew it as glitch city.And,I went to the spot where you had to keep surfing,do you just keep going up,or do you go off to the side?I went to the right,and my game froze(it made freaky noises,and it scared me so bad,I wasn't expecting anything like that to happen,I jumped,and almost wet my pants,lol)

Well,I went to glitch city,and I found that gate thing.But,once you try to go around it(it takes a long time)your game freezes,no matter what.So,maybe you have to get around it by going to a different place,when the P.A. goes off.I'll try surfing on the other side of the island.Does anyone have any other ideas,where I should go?That would be great,if you do.

This is strange. I went to Chaos Town but I couldn't find a gym. So the next time, instead I went to the Safari Zone and encountered a Marowak,they don't show up do they? I'll report more if I see any other pokemon that don't show up
