when i go into a cutscene sometimes it freezes and i still hear voices or i cant see characters on RE 4 PC

Well i started playing the game and i when i enter the FIRST cutscene (not in the van)in the HOUSE leon says : excuse me sir then he goes to him and POOF! hes invisible and soo is the villager and then the scene freezes and i hear them talking STILL then the scene ends and i shoot the villager
