How far in the game have you gotten?

The game has four difficulty modes: Amateur - Normal - Veteran - Professional. How far have you gotten for getting an S rank in each chapter?

My last game, before the new PC, I S ranked all of Professional, Veteran and Amateur. I purposely ignored Normal since it would be too easy. I do admit that professional was one wicked setting. I just wish it was harder. lol

I haven't bothered playing the game on Professional but I did on Veteran and it was quite hard. It was quite easy for me obviously to get an S rank on Amateur cause I was able to familiarize myself with the game. Normal is okay for me.

If you play Professional, I advise playing it with another person. The partner computer won't heal you fast enough, and one hit from ANYONE will kill you and fast. But all in all, it's worth it! I've only died because my brother launched a rocket from the Unlimited Rocket Launcher near me, and I got the brunt of the explosion. =/

I see. I have no friend to play with since they don't seem to like the game o_O. But sometime, I'll try. XD

If I had it on the PS3, I'd probably die more often since I utilize the Keyboard & Mouse function of the game, and I beat it on Professional Mode. lol

I bet you Volke is going to love the topics spawning up, now. rofl

If I can imagine it, it'll be hard to compare the controls for the PC to the PS3 because for the PS3, you have to move the analog alot. PC is quite easy IMO but playing Professional on PS3 looks hard.

Cool but I am not an RE expert. I heard he is an expert to this series.

My brother played it with the PC version, but used a controller. We both have xbox controllers, so he used that while I played on the keyboard. We still beat Wesker in the end on Professional. :D

I top Volke for RE4 and RE5 for the champ ranking. He can have the Series title, but I got him beat for RE4/RE5! :P

S ranked Amateur and most of Normal, if I recall correctly. Never got round to beating the game on Veteran.

Then you missed a lot of fun when S ranking Veteran and Professional. It was so awesome when I beat Professional that night! ^_^

Congrats. How tough is the boss? They'll still die automatically if you hit them with the rocket launcher on Professional difficulty right?

Most everything dies instantly when hit with the Rocket Launcher in the right spot. U-8 dies in one hit, too, when shot in the mouth or that soft patch on his head. Wesker is still the same, you have to hit him a few times to kill him because of his transformations.
