basically the best set for rsc depends, of course, on if you stake, pk (unfortunately dead unless you find someone who wants to have fun). i prefer d axe on controlled setting for my main and can only use long on my staker (80 att 70 def 60 str 
) but as far as just plain favorite, id have to go with poisoned rune dagger or r2h, just for the looks.
