Level 41 of Snoopy's Street Fair I placed 10 Garden lamps and the event did not complete. So I placed 2 more, nothing. Is there a special place in the fair these are supposed to go? Any tips are appreciated.

I have the same issue. I'm not even going to bother asking the technical team. Seems this App has run it's course. So sad.
