My Chao never evolved!

The very first chao that I had never seemed to evolve. I got it to 99 everything. And still it remained white and the little dot abolve it's head never turned into a Halo or Spike. Has anyone else had this happen to them?

yes.....do you have the heaven floor and the evil floor(up floor & down floor)?

You need to pet the Chao with a certain type of character.Heroes turn it into a Hero Chao,and Dark characters turn it into a Dark Chao.

its probably a neutral chao, its a choa that never evolves

actually neutral chao do evolve a neutral chao is its own type (like hero and dark) trust me having 3 gardens full of chaos chao has paid off

I didn't have it while I had that chao. But the Second one evolved. And the chao doctor said it was and adult. (The Unevolved One) To the first poster

well that means u did create it to be a neutral chao now u have to wait for it to reborn itself otherwise its always going to be like that

um...if you pet it with every character or just one hero(sonic,tails,knucles)and one dark(shadow,eggman/robotnik,rouge), it will be neutral, if you want hero, pet it with any hero character, do the same thing with dark characters if you want a dark

Well instead of petting it you can give it hero or dark fruits but that kind of waists money......

Anyway I have never had a neutral chao evove into a neutral chao.
I have had this game for three years, Beat the game like 1000002 times, and have all the gardens full of every type of chao. (including chaos) as in swimming running power flying and a bunch of weird glitch chao.

Yes, this is true; I had a Chao evolve into a neutral Chao once, he just grew in size...

I am trying to raise a neutral but it is not working. it is begining to drive me nuts.

Well - it was a fluke when I did it, you'll have to spend an equal amount of time with your Chao using both Hero and Dark Characters!

I just had 2 chaos change today into hero chaos. it was boring but i got over it eventually.

well actually, if you want to create a neutral chao, instead of petting it with both types of characters, you can just not do anythng with it. I don't recomend this because the chao might not like you that much, but it does work. if you do it, then after it evolves just pet it a whole lot and feed it tons and it will like you! Hope this helps.

I agree with the others on saying it is a neutral chao. I hate making them. Which chao did you want? Dark, Neutral, or Hero?

Dark Chao- Go to Chao Garden. Select Shadow, Eggman, or Rouge.
Pet a chao with this character, good to alternate with these characters. Feed it fruits and make it play with some animals. Wait until it goes into a blue cocoon. There you are!

Dark Chao(not recommended)-Go to Chao Garden. Select Sonic, Tails, or Knuckles. Abuse it anyway you can. (e.g. Hit, throw, or jump on it.) Abusing Chao makes them die at an early age. As I said this is not recommended.

Neutral Chao- Use all 6 characters or use combinations of equal hero/dark characters to pet it like sonic+shadow, or Knuckles and Eggman,etc.
Feed it fruits and make it play with some animals. Wait until it goes into a blue cocoon. There you are!
