Firstly,head to where Chaos is.Drag the Cursor all the way to the top left of the screen...and you will see the Death Egg.Click on it,and you will continue with the story.

if you need help trying to beat the shadow and sonic episode what i tried was charging up till i started glowing and get the together then catch them with emerls fake sonic blast(it realllllly helped)
