Cervantes....Hands down. The dude is fast, powerful combos, plus the dude is just awesome. Learn all his moves and apply them in every battle, and you will win. Ivy is pretty good as well, her moves are also very powerful, and if used correctly, she could be untouchable....hmmm, coincidence that they are related ._.

and there you have it. all in rank of how well i fight with them.

ps. i am merely a sucky novice, the top duifficulty is nearly impossible for me so if anyone can point me in the right direction on how to improve it would be great!

Mitsurugi is a very well balanced character. And if your playing with the damascus sword his attack power is incredible. Plus Samurai are the **** of course.

Hey I see that almost Noone has mentioned charade as a good character. Personally I like him the best with his weapons constantly changing, he can keep your opponent guessing and on most difficulties,I haven't gotten KO'ed with him. And I got the fastest time with him.
